You can pick up the shirt at Robert Forster Sports Physical Therapy and Massage in Santa Monica. The office is located on Wilshire and 5th Street in Santa Monica, two blocks east from the 3rd Street Promenade. The address is 427 Wilshire Boulevard and the phone number is 310-656-8600. Before you drop by, email Lisa Giardino and let her know the size and quantity, and what day you are coming in. The office is open M-F 7 a.m. - 8 p.m. and Saturday 8 a.m. - noon. The shirt will be waiting for you at the front desk.
